클라비어 연습곡집 제1권 (Clavier-Übung I)에 
수록되어 있다.

알라망드는
바로크 시대의 전통적인 독일식 춤곡형식으로,
파르티타의 서두를 장식하는
중요한 무곡이다.

파르티타 1번은 6개의 곡으로 되어있다.
한 곡을 고르기 어려울 정도로
모두 멋진 곡들이다.

This piece was composed
as a keyboard exercise
and was published in 1731
as part of the Clavier-Übung I
(Keyboard Practice, Book I).

 

The Allemande is
a traditional Baroque dance form of German
origin and serves as
an important opening movement
in the partita.

 

Partita No. 1 consists of six movements
each one remarkably beautiful
— it’s hard to choose a favorite among them.
